Do you ship Internationally?
Absolutely! We ship to over 190 different countries with most deliveries arriving within 7 to 11 business days.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on weight and destination - We provide an instant shipping quote available to check at any time while your are shopping for your fabrics.

What do you Guarantee?
We know it's important to feel comfortable when shopping online. Therefore, we guarantee that you will be 100% Satisfied with your fabric as it is inspected prior to shipping for any defects or damages. We also have made every attempt to provide accurate color representation as well as image perspective. All of the the large images represent a 22" x 28" image to give a good visual of the fabric repeat and imagery.

What if I'm not happy with my fabric?
If we make a mistake or if the color is grossly misrepresented, we will provide a return with no restocking fees and we'll also pay for shipping on the return and the replacement. We do provide Returns.

Why should I create an account?
Having an account with us allows you to participate in some of the more robust features of our site, such as having an order history, and being able to duplicate orders. You can also participate in contests, discounts, and gift certificates.

I don't want an account can I still purchase fabric or subscribe to your newsletter?
Absolutely! You can purchase as a guest and/or subscribe to our newsletter as a guest.

I want to pay with a credit card, and do not have a PAYPAL account.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to process payment. Instead of clicking "Login" click on the "Continue" button on the left hand side. This will allow you to process your order with a credit card.

What credit cards do you accept.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Once I submit my payment, do I need to click on "Return to 7EPlus Inc"
Yes! The system is set up to redirect you, however it is best to click "Return to 7EPlus" to ensure we receive all of the order information.
