SHIPPING:
A $2.50 handling fee is applied to all orders.

We offer an automated system that allows you to build your cart with the fabric you desire.
Shipping is based on weight and destination and is determined at checkout - PRIOR to committing to the order.
The majority of our orders ship via US Postal Service - Priority Flat Rate.

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
All orders received after 2:00 p.m. will process the following day.
Orders received on Friday after 2:00 p.m. will not be processed for shipping until the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Priority Mail International (PMI)
Available to more than 190 countries, Priority Mail International service offers 7-11 average business day delivery.

Global Priority Flat Rate Envelopes:
GPFR - Envelope – Up to 8yards *
Up to 8 yards - Flat-Rate Envelope is $10.95 for Canada and Mexico
Up to 8 yards - Flat-Rate Envelope is $12.95 for all other countries.

* Flat rate envelopes do not offer tracking. These shipments can sometimes experience a delay beyond the 11 days. There may be additional delays in customs or in shipping to an address that is considered rural. In these cases we respectfully request that you be patient as this could be a considerable wait. We have had packages delayed upwards of 20 business days.

Global Priority Flat Rate Boxes:
GPFR – BOX – Up to 32 yards
Up to 32 yards - Flat-Rate Box is $25.95 for Canada and Mexico
Up to 32 yards - Flat-Rate Box is $41.95 for all other countries.
GPLFR – LARGE BOX – Up to 40 yards
Up to 40 yards - Flat-Rate Box is $32.95 for Canada and Mexico
Up to 40 yards - Flat-Rate Box is $53.95 for all other countries.

RETURNS:
We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
Every attempt has been made to represent the colors of the fabrics, however due to the nature of digital imaging and our inability to control color setup of individual monitor controls, all of our returns due to incorrect ordering of color are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping.

Carefully examine your order for any color or design imperfections.

Damaged or defective products will be replaced. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 15 days (not business days) from receipt of shipment.
We do not accept returns without prior authorization. If you would like to return a product, you must call 888-400-1633, for return authorization and a credit to your account.

ORDERING:
We cut all of the fabrics to order, however some smaller quantities may be pre-cut and will be sold As-Is.
On occasion we may have the yardage requested in multiple pieces, in these cases we will attempt to contact the requester for shipping approval. However, if after 3 attempts we do not receive a response we will ship the yardage ordered As-is.
Some reasons why we do/may not receive a response:
1) Anti-spam software
2) Incorrect contact information
